Uma Musume: Pretty Derby - Road to the Top Realistically, none of the upcoming sports anime rank among Spring's highest-profile shows, but that does not mean they have nothing to offer. Stone, Hell's Paradise, KonoSuba, Ranking of Kings, Oshi no Ko, and Mashle, and that is hardly an exhaustive list. The quarter's biggest releases include Demon Slayer, Dr. Spring 2023 is shaping up to be an exciting season for anime, although not necessarily for the sports genre. Some shows are even so well regarded that they've transcended being well-regarded only as sports stories and moved into "best animes of all time" territory. Still, few rival the best sports anime that fans and critics alike have declared all-time greats. From common sports like baseball to those with smaller spotlights like bowling, every sport imaginable has been put up on television screens in a Japanese animated style. Sure, players who are several years in the game have a big hero pool, but for a new player Keira is a bad starting option. There are few stories that translate over to anime better than those that focus on sports. So, as I already wrote in this thread, you can make Keira 'work', but you need too many heroes for this. Regarding Twins, if you have a decent Isaac it's better to not pick Keira at all, because Keira gives too much energy to twins.Īnd then you have a big problem named Aurora.

There are options to reliably beat different Karkh defences, but they all require strong investment in other heroes, not just Keira + Andvari
HERO WARS BEST TEAM 2018 PLUS
Karkh defences will have armour buffs from artifacts and Axel, Karkh with Sebastian will kill your Andvari just with basic attacks, Karkh with Celeste will heal all the damage plus (again) kill your Andvari with magic damage, etc.

Regarding Karkh, you can't reliably beat any Karkh team with just strong Keira + Andvari. But then as you transition into midgame things start to change. You can just invest most of your resources in one of this heroes and a little bit in your tank, and you'll destroy enemy teams who have weak supports, no artifact buffs, etc. When a new server opens heroes like Keira, Karkh and Orion dominate the game. Let me explain in more details why I think your perspective is incorrect.įirst, I can see why you have this perspective. As said before, don't use her with Martha unless you can squish someone between Martha and Nebula. Corvus might also be a decent choice as a tank because of his altar skill.Īs someone else said, Martha's also good, because she can accelerate all heroes, increasing their attack speed. Though that shouldn't be too much of an issue, depending on how popular Corvus/Morrigan teams are. His resurrection is countered by Morrigan, though. (That makes Martha a solid healer choice, if you go for Jet instead of Nebula).Īlso, Keira is really squishy, so you want a tank that can protect her. He's no dedicated healer, though and more used for support. He'll also heals the hardest hitting hero. He gives a damage buff to the strongest physical attacker. (That would make Celeste a solid choice as a healer.) If Nebula stands at the last spot, she'll buff the two heroes in front of her. Martha does not benefit from Nebulas buffs. However, Nebula will stand between Keira and Martha if you choose Martha as your healer. Nebula is also well liked, because she buffs the hero in front and behind her.

Benefitting Keira's purple skill (extra damage when armour penetration hits through the entire armour). Second, she has an ability that reduces armour for every attack. For one, she stands in front of Keira and with her dodge skin, she can off-tank a little. Keira is even worse than other physical DD’s because she charges dodge heroes on every position, not just on position 1. Playing with physical damage heroes is random.

With Axel this became even worse, because her damage has even smaller chance to actually kill anyone.ĭodge is meta right now. Keira’s biggest disadvantage is that she charges enemy team (gives them energy with non-fatal damage). Before Sebastian you could temporarily stop them with Jorgen, now you have to kill Seb first, then remove the shield, you can easily run out of time. With Sebastian you can’t stop armour buffs going into cycle. There are 3 big problems with Keira right now: Cleaver solves many problems for Keira is you can get him. Against some teams you can go for mass damage with 2 Nebula-buffed DDs: Keira-Nebula-Orion, Keira-Nebula-Heidi. Jorgen was a must-have hero for Keira in pre-Sebastian era, but against Sebastian he is mostly useless. Armour penetration ones: QM, Morrigan, Isaac.
